- We will notify you with an estimated delivery date, which will typically fall within 1-3 days following the Dispatch Confirmation (the date when we send you an e-mail confirming our acceptance of your order). Please note that sometimes our delivery schedule may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control.
- If no one is present at your address to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a note indicating that the product(s) have been returned to their facility. In this case, please reach out to the courier to reschedule delivery.
- Delivery of your order is considered complete once the product(s) arrive at the address provided, at which point they become your responsibility.
- You will gain ownership of the product(s) once we have received full payment, including all applicable delivery fees
- If we do not meet the 3-4 day delivery timeframe for any product(s), you have the right to cancel your order immediately if any of the following conditions apply:
a. we have declined to deliver the product(s);
b. meeting the delivery timeframe was a critical requirement (considering the relevant circumstances); - If you choose not to cancel your order right away, you may set a new delivery deadline, which must be reasonable. If we do not meet the revised deadline, you can then cancel your order.
