2. Damaged or Faulty Items

3. Item Not Received
We apologise if your item has not arrived. This is a rare issue, and we want to address it as soon as possible. To request a replacement, please fill out the Order Concern form here.

4. Expired Item Received
We apologise if you received an out-of-date product. Please allow us to resolve this quickly by completeing a Product Complaint form.

5. Product Concerns

6. We do not accept returns
You are not required to return the product should you wish to report an order isue or product issue. Due to food safety control, we are unable to re-sell product that has already been sold and dispatched.
